Back in 2014 only 4 years into this EIF journey, a podcast was born. A "Captain" would talk about flicks. 😁 Not knowing much about podcasting, this "Captain" did it anyway. A bit crude, a bit unrefined but still kept sharing his unique perspective with the world. Now fast forward 6 years later, the "Captain" is still bolding going where no podcast has gone before.😉 We want to wish the The Captain Talks Flicks Podcast a happy birthday and look forward to many more. 🎂🎂🎂🎂

This Too Shall Pass

As we begun 2020 there was a certain path we all hoped to travel, unfortunately our journey has temporarily been detoured. It may be a road that we prefer not to travel, but nonetheless we are here. And on this short deviation we may be feeling uneasy, anxious, fear ect.... And rightly so. Our patterns and routines have been disrupted. There is much uncertainty. But there is one thing we know for sure. We are human beings who surmount the toughest obstacles. We built the pyramids, we landed on the moon, we split the atom. During numerous challenging times throughout history we triumphed over adversity. We did the impossible. When the going got tough, we got tougher. So trust in the fact that this too shall pass. And when it's all said and done, know we will be stronger, smarter, sharper..... because we have an indomitable spirit, one that does not back down easy. So be patient. Be strong. Be human. and before you know it things will be good once again
